With our item consignment service, we handle the details of selling your individual pieces — from pricing and presentation to connecting with the right buyers.

When timing or circumstances make an estate sale difficult, our buyout service provides a convenient alternative. We evaluate the contents of your home and make a fair offer to purchase items outright.

How long does it take?

The amount of time it will take to prepare a property for an estate sale or a buy out clean out can be estimated during a consultation.

Do you handle everything?

Yes, from pricing and marketing to managing the sale days, we take care of it all.

We charge a commission based on the sale’s total, with no upfront fees.

What costs are involved?

Yes, we collect and remit sales tax.

Common Questions From Shoppers

Can I purchase items before the sale starts?

We don’t allow presales or early purchases before an estate sale begins. This helps us keep the experience fair and enjoyable for everyone — giving all shoppers an equal opportunity to discover treasures once the doors open.

How do I purchase large items?

If you’d like to purchase a large item, simply bring the price tag to the checkout area to complete your purchase. Large items can be picked up during sale hours after payment is made. Please note that we are unable to assist with loading, so be sure to bring help or the tools you’ll need for safe transport.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Venmo, PayPal, Cashapp, credit cards, and cash. Please note there is a $10 minimum on credit card purchases.

We don’t give out prices prior to the sale. Pricing is often still being finalized as we prepare, and with hundreds of items, it’s impossible to remember every price accurately. We appreciate your understanding!

Can I ask for prices before the sale?
Are refunds or returns allowed?

All sales are final. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items carefully and making purchases based on their own knowledge and judgment. We encourage you to take your time and look items over before you buy.

Do you hold items?

We’re sorry, but we don’t hold items. With so many shoppers and a constantly changing inventory, we want to keep things fair for everyone.
